Money Orders, Certified Checks or COD.Orders are shipped as soon as possible upon receipt of your payment. Please do not send cash. WE ACCEPT ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS. All Prices listed in catalog/web site are for CASH only. All payments with Credit Cards, please add 3% to the price.

COD:
There will be a $9.00 fee per order. NOTE: UPS no longer accepts COD CASH. All COD shipments will be for Money Orders or Certified Checks Only.

How To Make A Return
If you are not completely satisfied, return the new/unused item in the original box prepaid within 30 days with a copy of the invoice for an exchange or credit.  Send the package prepaid (UPS or US Postal Service Insured) to: Nichols Performance, Inc. 17182 Cadiz Road • Lore City, OH 43755

No COD or freight collect shipments will be accepted.  Credit will be issued for merchandise only (no refunds).
Shipping & Handling is nonrefundable. Sorry, NO RETURNS ON MOUNTED WHEELS. There is a 10%RESTOCKING FEE on all returned merchandise - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Warranty:
The warranty from the various manufacturers differ and all claims will be handled by the manufacturer for the item in question. Since these are high performance parts under extreme use conditions, there is no warranty on most parts. If there is a problem call us first.

Sales Tax:
Applicable 7% sales tax is collected on sales in Ohio.
